ONLY WORKED ONCE! Updated since the OP.
UPDATE BELOW!!!Like another reviewer here, I bought this brand new. Set it up, used it once⦠came back to use it again and it didnât not work! It would just turn on, all digital icons would flash and then it would just shut off. Kinda sucks cuz itâs the perfect size and the height is fantastic since I like a high table to work on! Couldnât get in touch with the seller so Amazon is handling the return.UPDATE!!! 4/25/25- so I tried one more time before I broke it down to pack up and send back to see if the steamer was still not going to work for me⦠and it was working just fine. I had it unplugged since my original issue so Iâm thinking that might have reset it, even tho I had unplugged it and tried different outlets prior. So⦠letâs see how this goes! Itâs a five star product when itâs fully working so I will keep this as five stars unless something else happens.I love that I can set a timer and the steam stream itself is really strong! Again, wonderful product when it is working. My favorite steamer so far!

Los dos aparatos q compré vinieron, en la parte que larga vapor derretidas, tanto el plástico de superficie como el interno. Materiales de muy mala calidad. Me llegaron tal cual muestro en las fotos. Cómo que lo probaron, se derritió y lo mandaron. DESASTRE!!! NO COMPRAR!!

So far so good. Seems to work seamlessly. I like it a lot. Let’s see how long it lasts. Definitely better than the one I had from another vendor. I like the digital display and the fact that it has a timer on it. Make sure you’re using DISTILLED water with this to get the best results.

Soo far soo good but very bad packaging!!!
The reason why I’m giving a 4 star is because when I opened my steamer from the box the bag with weels and the other stuff was opened…..I didn’t even know it came with a small wrench till I looked at the booklet it came with and I had to dig through the box it was hidden under the box flap. I couldn’t find the bolt it came with eighter it was also hidden trown around in the box under a flap. The poles were not even packed right. And I had to wash she cup because it looked like the cup had already had water in it!! And the fact that the hight is not how it looks in the picture. Other than that it preformed good!

Bought this product a month ago. Used one time. The second time I tried, it didn’t work. I’m trying to get in touch with customer support. I can’t return through Amazon, because the time frame is over by four days. Not too happy about it. But let’s hope for a return or replacement. ð¤ not a cheap item!!!
