Whatever frequency of light therapy you subscribe to, this one covers the entire spectrum. As you can see by the pics all of the major colors are supported. It was easy to use and easy to understand. Time will tell if it provides the expected results. You can’t go wrong for the price. My wife could clearly tell it was working the muscles with the light shocks on top of the actual light. So far happy with this purchase.

Saw results after only 3 times of using this!!!
I was struggling with really bad moon face due to being on Prednisone a lot this yr, as well as poor lymphatic drainage. Underneath my chin was so puffy & round. It was embarrassing me terribly. I was massaging my lymph nodes & face, trying to help the puffiness but I just wasn’t seeing results. I started seeing all over social media the expensive facial massagers & hearing how well they worked. I went back and forth about if I should spend the money on them or not. Then I saw this one which has & does exactly what the pricey ones on social media do, so I figured I’d give it a chance. I was so eager to try it as soon as it arrived. Immediately I used it twice. I used it on the purple light & the second time I did it on the hot setting. My face already looked so much less puffy when I was done. The following morning I used it right away & I was absolutely stunned! The horrible round face & second chin that has made me feel so terrible for so long now was almost completely gone!! I just can’t believe it! I massaged my lymph nodes with it to help stimulate drainage & I do believe that helped. Anyone suffering from puffy face or double chin, try this!!
