Great for nail strength and growth
I started taking these around a year postpartum, when I noticed my hair looking thin.I used these for probably 6 months and noticed a small improvement in my hair growth. My fingernails however showed a lot of change. They weren’t brittle to begin with but they got really, really strong and shiny.I switched to using a collagen powder now because it gave me the hair results I wanted, but if you prefer a chewable supplement, this is a good product.

These are great! I tried another brand and they were horribly sweet and had a grainy-ish texture. These are a little firmer but most importantly they arenât too sweet. Only gone through one bottle and I havenât noticed a huge change in pain relief or my hair, skin, and nails, which is why I take them. Certainly easy to take them, though, I remember to take them because theyâre tasty!
