Amazing for Nails!
Iâve struggled with weak, brittle nails for over 20 yearsâalways relying on acrylics or powder to keep them from breaking. After taking this collagen for a couple of months, Iâm honestly shocked. My nails are naturally long, strong, and healthyâno polish, no salon, and they still look great! I havenât seen much change in my hair or skin yet, but for nails, this product truly works.

Perfect Collagen
Iâm taking this collagen because of bone health. My bone density scan wasnât good but I know collagen is perfect to take for that .. 6 in the am and 6 in pm and this brand of collagen is good with Metformin but seriously this mixed with faith youâll be ok and the capsules go down smoothly

Good alternative to the powder
I am trying to boost my skin and hair by using vital protein products. Most of what I am seeing is that you need 10-20 g per day to see results. I was using the powder which is great, but it is also difficult to fit 4 tablespoons into one day.I got these capsules to supplement the powder when I donât use the full 4 tablespoons. The serving size for the capsules is 6 and only 3.3 g, but it helps get me to at least 10 g per day when combined with 1-2 tablespoons of powder.These capsules are big! So just something to be mindful of if you struggle with large pills.When I do higher and consistent doses of collegan peptides I do notice my skin, hair, and nails grow faster and are healthier. I do stay away from the products that contain Biotin as Biotin at high doses can cause acne, and for me it does in a matter of 3-5 days. Do some research and make sure you are not over dosing yourself as this can have adverse effects.Overall, I am happy with the capsules! It is an easier way to take them instead of relying only on the powder mix.

Large capsules, but easy to swallow
I bought these for my bone health. I have only taken them for a short time, so I don’t know if they are helping. I was hesitant to buy them as they are large, and I often have trouble swallowing pills. Since capsules float, the best way to take them is to put the capsule in your mouth with water, then tilt your head slightly down. The capsule will float up to the back of your mouth, and it is easy to swallow. That has been working perfectly for me, and yes, the capsules are large. I plan to continue using these.

Make the Switch From Powder!
Iâd been debating for a few weeks about whether I wanted to continue with my Vital Proteins Collagen Powder or make the switch to the pills. I am so glad I finally went for it and purchased the pills! Before I received the pills, I would average taking my collagen about 3x a week. With the pills, I now take them almost every day without failâI feel like I get the full amount as well versus dissolving it in my tea or coffee (sometimes I would find the powder clumped in the bottom or would forget to finish my drink, essentially wasting it). Thank you for coming up with the most convenient option, Vital Proteins! My skin, hair, and joints thank you!

I was misled by the packaging into thinking that each capsule had 3.3g of peptides, but that is in 6 capsules. In order to get the same dose as the powder version (10g per scoop) you would have to have about 14 tablets. In addition, the capsules are made of gelatin , and are quite large. I found it hard to swallow them with a drink and resorted to using yoghurt. I’d recommend trying the powder instead – it is tasteless and dissolves in a cup of coffee easily.
