Could tell a difference
I tried these for one month and man I wish I would have bought more sooner. I could tell a big difference after I stopped taking them in my hair and nails. The taste is great, they are super easy to take, and size is great.

Works very well. No issues, even is taken on an empty stomach. Took a star off because it tastes sweeter than even the amt. of sugar it contains should cause it to. The flavor is pleasant….I will note that I take one other type of collagen, one that focuses only on type 1 & 3 besides this multi-collagen ….. Take one type in the morning, the other at night.I’ve experienced positive changes not just to hair & nails but also joints….. Before adding collagen to my supplements, NOTHING else worked to alleviate the creaking and crunching in my knees (even though I’ve been taking fish oil for years and even tried osteo bi-flex for over a decade)…. It took about 6mos. for the knees to respond, 30 days for hair & nails…. Improvement, though slow, is still ongoing with joints; haven’t experienced leveling off yet….
