Easiest form of collagen to take!
Iâve been taking this collagen for a few months now and love it. Itâs a couple tablespoons of liquid that you can easily take first thing in the morning. No mixing nasty powder in your coffee or chugging a whole glass of something you can barely keep down. It tastes like juice, has no âproteinâ taste to it, which I was very surprised to discover. I definitely plan on continuing to take these.

Good but note that preservatives
Potassium sorbate is a common preservative used in most liposomal supplements and tinctures however, this is just a note that the flavor is particularly strong in this if for anyone who is sensitive. The pouches are so small that you can swallow it really without issue, but I did find that the flavor of the preservative was a bit strong

I thought after reading I needed collagen in my life. This actually was easy to use and tasted great. But after hearing my dr say that small amount has to go all thru your body. So for it to hit wrinkles or hair or nails â¦. Well itâs just not enough. So decide for yourself. I ordered once and that was it. But it did taste good.
