Wow! Just wow!!!
I thought I might mention Iâm a former AG1 customer of a few dedicated yearsðThen I realized as clean as we eat & excise, we only felt the need to stick with our Nordic Naturals Omega w/D3 vitamins and their B Complex vitamins, along with Vitamin C, for what itâs worth; not sure much in relation to this product. I have diverticulosis with severe diverticulitis flares which create a lot of issues with going #2ð¤ª(Not to mention hemorrhoids due to carrying a 10+lb baby boy, my dad was 13 lbs! And, three out of four of us girls each had a 10 pounderð±) Anyway, my gut has been a challenge most of my adulthood (Iâm sixty now). For about fifteen years (ages 30-45) Metamucil daily completely resolved my issues and then one day, it just stopped helping??? Based on a very recent recommendation from my MIL I decided to try Zena. Wholly cow! Iâm seven days in and itâs been life changing getting things moving and not in a crazy way eitherð I couldnât believe it but I could tell from the get-go it was working or doing something because I did have tummy noises but no discomfort. Then thereâs also been a little âfluffingâ which honestly is out of the ordinary for me. However! Iâve been âregularâ every single day since drinking this. Iâm soooo darn happy and all my body parts are thanking me ððI really enjoy the Mango flavor. Kinda funny to me folks knit picking about grittiness & grassy flavorâ¦not sure what theyâre expecting, particularly if itâs organicð¥´For something I believe is quite possibly bringing my microbiome back in balance, any of these things are a small price to pay considering how uncomfortable Iâve beenð¢ Also a great price point IMHO, convenient and flavor overall is good. The mango flavor from the sounds of overall descriptions is probably the middle of the road on sweetness of the three options. (I enjoyed AG1 & luv the company & all it represents but at nearly $90 a month per person, not to mention nearing retirement, I just donât wanna be spending over $300 a month on sups we donât need). AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, someone said on the packaging they tried to hide the fact it says it contains lead, THAT is UNTRUE. It doesnât say that anywhere, I checked and rechecked.

Great quality (and tasty) nutrition!
I love this brand already, so when I found these greens, I knew I was getting something great! It mixes in easily with water. I usually add a little room temp water first, mix it in along with some collagen powder and then add a lot more water and ice! I use a big insulated cup, so it stays cold all day and I can add more water throughout the day. I got the peach mango and it’s very delicious. I don’t normally drink ANY sweetened drinks, so that’s why I use lots of water and dilute it, but the flavor is really good. I love that the color is a vibrant green, probably from the spirulina or chlorella. It has SO many healthy foods in there. I try to eat lots of veggies, whole grains and fiber, but I’m sure I could never fit in ALL the wonderful things this mix has! It helps me have energy, keeps me from mindless eating, and keeps me hydrated. I would definitely recommend this, as most people don’t get enough vitamins and minerals through their normal diet!

CONSTIPATED GIRLIES RISE UP
Hi, I have never been regular and my poops have always been like rabbit turds, like rocks actually. I have had hemorrhoids since 5th grade. I now poop like a God. Daily. Sometimes twice a day and the only thing that has changed is drinking one stick of this in water everyday. Yes it tastes like green apple flavored sand but I POOP EVERYDAY NOW AND IT IS GLORIOUS PAINLESS EUPHORIC BOWEL MOVEMENTS. I never thought Iâd be a daily pooper, but here I am thanks to zena organic supergreens.

My package arrived today (3/11/25), and I tried it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to see how itâll affect me and my body throughout the day 🙂 I may take daily and update here as I do!I will say when it comes to the label, like other comments have pointed out it does have the California label warning, but also I noticed mine says for storing, to refrigerate after opening rather than keeping in just a cool dry place like others & the label online shows, I wonder why that is!Taste smell and texture:Once opening, for me it gave an almost like matcha powder smell (grassy like) but I enjoy matcha so not an issue there lol.It was easy to mix by putting in a bottle with a tight/sealed lid with ice + water and shaking up, super quick super simple.The flavor I chose (mixed berry) honestly tastes a lot of açaà to me! It is nicely sweetened and doesnât have a bitter aftertaste that I usually get with products that use stevia!The texture wasnât really an issue until I got to the last bit left, thatâs when it started to get to me a bit but it is a powder so a little grittiness was expected.Overall I really like this product! I do wish there were percentages for how much of each ingredient in the blends were used so we knew how much DV% we are consuming! I am still going to have servings of fruit & veg throughout the day, this isnât a replacement for me but rather something to boost my energy, suppress appetite a bit, increase water intake, and more! 🙂

Super Greens are super and not ALL green!
Very nutritious! Tastes great….especially well-mixed and ice cold. Great way to get the nutrients needed especially when it’s hard to get enough veggies. I sent a package to my son to help him recover from an illness. Individual packets are super convenient……mix in smoothy or add to orange juice, On busy days, it’s great to take a to-go cup and head out.

A good source of veggies on the go. Produce is so expensive, especially when we must toss if not eaten before it goes bad.Not this, drink your veggies when you want.It’s tasty ð too! Must try!
