Pills are pretty big, so you may have to cut them in halves to take them. I don’t take them for any specific reason, nor do I take them every day religiously. I take them about every other day and hope it helps to stay healthy. It’s a reputable brand, so I thought it’d be a good idea to incorporate it into my fitness & nutrition habits.

Please be where this product comes in a glass bottle. Can break easily if it falls on the floor. I highly recommend this vitamin for skin and collagen.

Hard to swallow
So I did read another review and was warned these are hard to swallow but Iâm normally really good at swallowing pills and thought maybe this person might be sensitive to taking larger pills. I was wrong and she was right! I also almost choked on these pills. So buyer beware of how large they really are. I also read in a separate review about bloating as a side effect. This also happened to me. I cut the pills in half ( which is extremely hard to do and donât cut easily) and took half a day for three days on the fourth day I was very bloated. Like 3/4 months pregnant looking kind. So I stopped taking them to see if it went away and it did.I canât not tell you if I see a difference in my skin or feel healthier since I only took them for three straight days. Will not continue to take these.

I decided to try the Solgar Collagen Hyaluronic Acid Complex Tablets in the hope that they would support my skin health and help with recovery after exercise. I have only been taking them for a little while, so it is hard to say yet whether they are definitely working â but so far, I am happy to continue using them.The tablets are quite large, which I noticed straight away, but surprisingly I found them easy to swallow with water, which is a bonus. They seem to be relatively good value for money considering the ingredients and brand reputation.Time will tell if I start to see visible results, but I feel positive about incorporating them into my wellness routine.
