A must. I put it on my face and let it stay 10-15 minutes before washing off. I take good care of my skin yet this shows a difference after washing it off.

I have been using this for several months. I only use it once a week or so. I like the cooling feeling you get after scrubbing your face. It always feels fresh and soft. Just keep it away from your eyes or they will burn.
