front letters coming off
make good coffee but the letters on the front panel are coming off. is it from the steam or something else.

Great machine
I was not familiar with this brand before purchasing. I decided to give it a try because my prior two machines (from a well known brand) failed after short lifespans. I think that brand switched to cheap parts (circa the pandemic) so I don’t want to reinvest in that brand.I’ve used this new brand for about 30 brews. I’ve only used the ‘Strong Brew’ setting so far (no cold brew, etc.). The strong brew is perfect! The machine keeps the coffee hot after brewing and has an timer to show how long since last brew (not long in my house).The control display area is pretty simple and slick looking. All of the desired functions can be accessed there and are simple to use.The coffee carafe appears to be very good, using quality glass (thicker than the previous brand I had) and has a solid plastic handle. One problem for me pertaining to the carafe is the measuring scale (i.e. cups of water measurement). The measurement lines are hard for me to see. I’d prefer that the measurement lines were thicker so they easier to read. I’ll figure out how to sustainably embellish the line and update this post if I remember.The water reservoir can be awkward to fill because its position is at the rear, close to the top lid. and the carafe needs to angled “just so” to empty it. I started to use a funnel to fill the reservoir when I’m in a rush. It’s very simple, fast and foolproof.My morning coffee is an important ritual to me, so I really want a reliable machine. This machine is brewing great coffee every day. Feels like a quality product, I expect this will be a reliable machine.

Coffe is fine but operation needs help
The lights are very dim when there are other lights on in the room. Have to shut the lights off to see the time, strong brew, and the on light. Slow brew process, but maybe this is because I always use the stong brew option

BUYER BEWARE. No matter what, coffee grounds spill into the coffee. EVERY TIME. Just a bad coffee maker.Clock and timer difficult to program. Clock doesn’t stay lit, Don’t waste your money.

EDIT: I will leave my original review to see, but I changed my rating to five stars because Iâve never seen a company so responsive to negative reviews. Full disclosure, they coordinated a full, free replacement, which is so far working well. I did not reach out to them to set this up; I merely left a negative review, and in a day or so they contacted me to get a replacement sent out. Also, they had the integrity to do this without asking me to alter one word of my original review. I am extremely impressed, and even if this one fails, I still have to hand it to the company for being so proactive. So, consider this a permanent five-star rating. Theyâve earned it.This coffee machine brewed well for about three weeks, then just quit. If you like throwing money away, get this one.

Coffee maker is all that was advertised. Has a brew countdown after fully brewed so you know how long the coffee has been sitting – was a surprise bonus. Works great – we enjoy the coffee. Now able to buy beans and ground them in a separate grinder or use preground coffee.

Sleek looking coffee pot. Touch screen controls so nice to have.Makes great coffee but the reusable filter basket has a solid bottom and the sides of it only allow for water to filter through. Process is slow and gets plugged. I had to replace the filter basket with one that has mesh on the bottom as well, and problem solved. Great coffee pot for the price but now I’ve had to add cost of buying another filter.

It smelled strongly of a chemical / plastic. I ran full pots of water through it for hours,, litterally. I then ran vinegar through it multiple times . Then I ran water through it over and over. It still smelled very strongly of plastic. I brewed coffee in it and you could taste the plastic, it was nasty . This product has many good reviews , I can only assume they changed the type of plastic it was made of ? In any case I don’t want to think what this machine is leeching into the coffee. Disgusting
