12/2/24 UpdateCustomer service reached out to me to offer a refund on 3 of the defective units and I agreed. I have not received my refund nor have I heard back from customer service. I have sent an email asking for an update but have not received an answer. It’s been over a month with no response. Very frustrated!Original-We bought 4 units and all 4 units start steaming then will shut off 1-3 mins in. Then will only run a few seconds after pushing the power button again. We’re using distilled water and only filling to above the min level. I have checked for any deposits on the heating element, which there were none. Very disappointed and frustrated with this product.

I bought the Steamer because I thought water cup was made of glass and it’s plastic. I’m concerned about safety and I’m worried that environmental hormones will come out when the hot water is heated.
