Worth a try!
I have been using this product for at least 6 months. It has enhanced my sleep pattern by helping me fall asleep easier and faster. There is no aftertaste or lingering grogginess in the morning. I plan on keeping it in my nightly routine.

Wish This Still Worked Like After the 1st Month
Worked like magic for stress and anxiety for a couple months. Then stopped working. Took me about a month of taking 2 soft gels every day to feel the effects. Plan on getting a 60+ pack for a months worth.

Highly recommend
I use these to more calmly deal with work, family, friends… really any situation that is destined to have tension at some point. You notice the effects while keeping a clear mind. The only thing is they say the effects start, “Within 30 – 60 min,” but depending on what’s in your stomach, I’ve had them take closer to 1.5hrs to notice anything. I still highly recommend.

Great product, horrible packaging
I suppose its intended to make it childproof, but the lid on the bottle is horrible. Its as though an entire division of people got together and asked the question “How hard can we make a medication lid?”If you don’t just cut the plastic overwrap from the very top of the lid, the lid will pop off while you’re trying to open it. If you then hold it so that won’t happen, you’ll scrape the skin off the back of your thumb on the sharp edge while trying to get a nail under the teeny little bump that you push on to get the lid to open.At this point, you’re neither calm or relaxed and you need two of them.On top of that, there’s a giant opening in the bottle, so you’ll get 3-5 of them every single time. So I just pull the entire lid off and its easy to get just one out. They’re all about to get relocated into a ziploc bag.Lastly, these folks make a ton of gummies. This isn’t a gummy. Its a capsule filled with not particularly tasty liquid. That got me the first time.

This stuff works. And I think it really helps me de-stress. But be warned, I take one and I’m OUT. Definitely take at night.
