Definitely makes it easier to swallow a pill
My wife is obsessed with these, she has a very difficult time swallowing pills and these work awesome theyâre not too big like horse pills, theyâre very easy for her to get down. I highly recommend them if you have trouble swallowing pills. Plus they make her feel better!

No red 40… flat wide pill tho
I liked this vitamin cause it doesnt have food coloring dyes in it. Well at least at my first glance like the flinstones or centrum. Like red 40, yellow 5. However, im not a fan of the flat wide pill. I think skinny is better than wide pill. I hope it makes me feel better though. Good luck.

Great product
Getting ready to order these again. They are a nice comfortable size great for people having trouble swallowing pills. I’m not for gummies and it’s had to find a vitamin that isn’t big enough for a horse or a gummy. These are perfect and the quality is great. I’ve notice they have a low amount of biotin but in the 3 months I’ve been taking these I have new hair growth. They aren’t claimed for that and may not be the same for everyone but was a benefit for me I wasn’t expecting. I felt like these were good vitamins for my over all health.
