I love this thing
I’ve only had it for about a week but I love it so much. Best cup of coffee every time. The espresso feature is my favorite. I got refillable pods as nespresso pods do get pricey especially the way I use them 😂😂Removable tank makes easy cleaning and refilling. Clearly marked lines for perfect measure every time. This takes cone style filters not basket! But i don’t know why I didn’t switch sooner since I feel like it has a better taste. You can select classic brew for an original taste, rich brew for a bolder flavor or over ice to brew to account for melting. Several serving size options ranging from single cup to full carafe. The espresso has similar features to make original, lungo and over ice. A small bin collects the used nespresso pods needed to use the espresso feature. Reusable pods work great for this. There is a hot and cold foam “steamer” but this is not traditional steaming. It’s more of a frother without steam and you have to preheat the milk before using for hot beverages. I don’t mind having to do this as it’s much easier than cleaning the steaming mechanism frequently on a traditional steamer. I instantly set up the timer to brew at the same time every morning and it’s right on que every day. Overall super easy to use and I’m not having a bit of buyers remorse ! Great value. So far so good.

Honestly the best coffee maker I’ve ever owned.
This is a GREAT machine. We’ve had it for almost a year and no regrets at all. Easy to use, easy to clean, and makes incredibly delicious coffee (like, feels like nothing but clean coffee, no residue). Got one for my parents for Christmas and they love theirs as well, lattes every afternoon. The nespresso pods are a little weak for my taste, but I just do more than one pod if making a latte for myself, easy fix. The best part is that it doesn’t really have hot spots (except for the hot pad under the carafe) so it’s easy to make up another pot if needed, no sizzling steam coming up when you add more water. Feels super safe in general, and did I mention how delicious the coffee it makes is?

You know those notes that companies put in their packaging to encourage us not to return the item, but to contact them first? Here’s how that’s going.I purchased the Ninja Espresso & Coffee Maker & Barista System on 3/6/25 and it was received the next day (good job Amazon!)I followed the instructions on how to begin using the device, and unfortunately, immediately noticed a leak under the unit. I later found that when the water tank was attached, it would leak. Regardless of whether the unit was on or off – if the tank had water in it and was attached, it would begin leaking.My first thought was return it to Amazon .. but then I thought, you know .. I really like this machine. It makes a good cup .. and I’ve heard that Ninja’s customer service is good, so I’ll call the toll free number to get that process going.Customer service was quick and friendly and told me I’d be receiving an email with a FedEx label for returning my leaky unit. A day or two later, the email arrived and I sent it on it’s way. That was on 3/19/25. It arrived in CA on 3/27/25.On the initial customer service call, I was told that once my unit had been received, they would be shipping out a new one.On 3/28/25 and after I saw that the package had arrived, I called customer support (who again was very nice) and I asked them to please check on the status of the order, as I’d not seen any updates on their website. The rep I spoke to put me on hold a few times but came back and said they’d spoken to a manager and would expedite the order.It is now 10 days after that contact, and I’ve still not received my coffee maker or seen an update on the order.It’s this kind of ‘dropping the ball’ that makes people not want to deal with going through customer service .. but just sending it back to Amazon, which I could’ve easily done.So, if you’re looking for a good coffee maker and want to try the Shark Ninja products, be forewarned you may get a leaky coffee maker. And if you do, I cannot recommend that you contact Ninja customer service, but just return it to Amazon – and please note the defect so that it does not enter the market again and cause someone else the frustration.

Muy rápida aunque hay que acostumbrarse al uso por onza y no por taza, muy útil al tener cafetera normal y de cápsula con su espumeador
