Amazing vitamins. A bit pricey but definitely worth it. Seen a difference in hair growth and overall health. The pills are slightly larger but they dont taste bad. It is not hard to swallow. Worth your money.

I really wanted to love these vitamins, I slept better, woke up in a good mood, better mood all day but I had terrible bloating from it unfortunately, I took it for 3 weeks everyday & the bloating never stopped, didn’t take it yesterday or today and no bloating . I think it’s worth a try to buy the 30 pills to test it.

I am SO GLAD I discovered this multi-vitamin. I’ve been taking it less than a month and have noticed a significant difference in my mood–I’m even occasionally having moments of joy that have been missing for a long time. My sleep patterns have improved–After years of being unable to go to sleep and stay asleep, I’m now able to sleep with only an occasional night when I experience minor bouts of insomnia. I’ve also noticed a BIG difference in my short term memory. I had been taking Previgen but it didn’t seem to help. I started taking this vitamin and my memory seems to be improving every day.
