This 50+ multivitamin is one of the best thing ever happened to me. As a woman in her 50s I am very happy I had started taking it because it had helped me tremendously offset what might have been a chaotic time of going through menopause.. itâs been five years and I never run out of getting this vitamin. It does help with my hair and my skin and I believe this is one of the things that help to regulate my mood in a more positive way. People usually say that I look so much younger than my age and this is one of the things that might have help.. there is no unpleasant taste or smell and you can swallow it is a small pill to take. During my last appointment, my doctor suggested I start taking this vitamin to simplify my routine and reduce my reliance on multiple vitamins. Since I’m 59 years old, I appreciated the suggestion. I decided to purchase it on Amazon for its convenient next-day delivery, which worked perfectly for me. I finished the first bottle and just received my second one today. This vitamin is taken once daily, and I do want to note that it’s quite large. If you have any difficulty with swallowing pills, you might consider cutting it in half for easier ingestion..
