I would have rated this 5 if the cost is a bit cheaper. Itâs a good necklace for controlling your breathing. But it is a bit in higher price.

Great tool for a working mom to manage stress/anxiety
I started following Komuso on social media after a friend told me about the product. As a working mom with a type A personality, life can be a bit overwhelming and stressful at times – between kids, schedules, working full time, cooking, planning, etc etc. I was intrigued by the idea of the Shift and using my own breathing as a way to better manage stress. To be honest, I ordered the Classic Shift along with a couple of the cheaper Amazon knock offs to compare – upon receiving them there was no comparison. Komuso’s product is much higher quality, much heftier, and feels more like wearing a real piece of jewelry versus something I bought at the dollar store. In addition, I really love that this was created by a husband-and-wife team and truly is a family-owned small business. I reached out to them with some questions (and a near panic attack after I realized my Shift was in a pocket that went through the wash) – and they couldn’t have been more friendly, engaging and helpful in answering my questions. Highly recommend the Shift for stress management, anxiety, and overall self-care!

It works in seconds!
I have been looking for natural anxiety, relief, tools, and this one does not disappoint. I love how I can dress this necklace up or down and this is helpful because I donât leave the house without it now. I was hoping it would be quiet and was relieved when it was. I also appreciate that. I can just wash it in my sink with mild soap and water. Lots of love here!

Nice looking but not worth $85
It’s a nice looking piece of tubular hollow metal, but for $85 this thing is extremely over-priced in my opinion. It comes in nice packaging with a pouch and instructions included. But it’s just not worth that price in my opinion. It It’s nice and smooth and even a little elegant, but I feel little resistance when blowing out through it and the chain doesn’t feel sturdy. This could be a good buy at $30 or maybe even $40 at the most.
