My 10 year old has been dealing with anxiety at night and this has helped so much. The different colours help make the breathing exercises easy to follow and the bunny itself is very soft and squishy. The nightlight feature is dimmable to a soft white colour which is very calming. I also love that it turns off after 2 hours so it doesnât stay on all night. A great buy!
