Even More Hot Flashes!!! UPDATE!!!!
I tried these pills for 2 nights. When I wake up in the morning both times I was drenched in sweat all over my lower neck and chest. I couldnât believe it! It was much worse than ever. I threw them in the trash. I certainly didnât need worse symptoms. I will try something else. I wouldnât waste my money on these.UPDATE!!!M I found out this morning, that waking up in the mornings drenched in sweat was not due to the product at all! I sincerely apologize for my earlier review, for the sweats had nothing to do with the product. I share the apartment with my husband who is only a roommate, and we had an awful fight the other night. After Iâd had a bath and opened the door to my room I noticed how warm it was in there, so I decided to check the thermostat. Lo and behold, my husband/roommate had it on over 80 degrees! My bedroom is the furtherist from the air conditioning unit, and him putting the thermostat on over 80 meant the air conditioner hardly came on at all those 2 nights. No wonder I woke up sweating! I wanted to let you know the product is just fine!

Not to be dramatic but this is a lifesaver!
Not to be dramatic, but Estroven Complete is a lifesaver. Iâm 45 and in perimenopause with all of the fun symptoms that go along with it. I have been experiencing sleeplessness where I wake up every two to three hours, often covered in sweat and feeling like my body is on fire. My brain fog has been terrible, to the point where I finally called my doctor while ugly crying and she immediately had me going for labs to check my hormones and recommended this supplement to help. The box says it can take around 90 days for relief but Iâve been feeling increasingly better since the second day. Iâm a month in and just ordered my second box and there has been a dramatic decrease in hot flashes at night and I havenât woken up in a pool of sweat in a few weeks. I havenât felt like Iâve had extreme brain fog like I was having previously, either. Sleeplessness is still a slight issue but I have more good nights than I had been, so I consider that a win. When my doctor reached out to see how I was doing, I told her that I felt so much better and that it might be the supplement working or it might be a placebo, but I donât care because I was feeling so bad before. My symptoms are reduced so the point where I feel like myself again and that helps everyone in my family in the long run. I only have to take one pill a day and the blister pack has the days of the week printed for each pill so you can keep track, which makes it so easy to use. Iâve tried taking it in the morning and also at night and canât really tell any difference in which works better for me. I did a bit of research on other supplements and also looked up the pricing for Estroven Complete at other retailers online and locally and Amazon had the best value for the money. Iâve now subscribed so I can have it delivered every month so Iâm not without it even for a day. If you are in the same boat and looking for relief, I know that supplements work differently for everyone, but itâs worth trying and hopefully youâll have the same results as me. Just make sure to give it time to work. Not everyone will have results so quickly so Iâd definitely recommend giving it a full 90 days as long as you donât experience any adverse effects. Helped with hot flashes
I never write reviews but had to on this. Was having the worst hot flashes all day, everyday and tried this not expecting them to work. After about 3 weeks the hot flashes are almost entirely gone and the extreme tiredness I had is definitely improving. I just ordered my second month. I never had mood swings so I canât comment on that. But my biggest complaint was the flashes and Iâm actually stunned how much this helped.

Love it……But takes weeks to arrive.
I really, really love this product and it works for me, however; I would have given this product 5 stars, but EVERYTIME I order it takes weeks to arrive. I live in Abu Dhabi, but mail comes by APO which is American mail. I order ALL the time from Amazon and never have problems like this. I ordered in March and didn’t receive it until April! In fact, it didn’t even ship from the facility until 2 weeks after I ordered. I’m not sure what is going on with the company’s shipping, but I have to make sure I order 4 weeks before I even run out. Glad I can mark my event calendar.

Hot flashed
I was skeptical, but this works. It took a couple weeks of consistent use, but I just realized that Iâm sleeping better and my hot flashes have all but stopped. I donât know as I have more energy, but it doesnât matterâIâm just glad to have this much relief, and Iâm optimistic that the other symptoms will resolve with time. I hope I donât have the experience that others did, wherein it suddenly stops working, but for now itâs a huge relief to be able to sleep well.

Causes higher blood pressure
I bought product a month ago, it Definitely took the hot flashes and night sweats away within a week. But as I continued using it, I noticed my blood pressure was higher and my ankles were swollen and I had sore breast. I saw a review posted here about the high blood pressure and she was right! So if you have high blood pressure this product is not for you unfortunately.
