These did their job well! I actually really enjoyed them and was having great results. My joints stopped hurting and my skin was healthy.However – I THEN realized that they contain saw palmetto and I had to stop taking them, which was super frustrating.

Iâm excited because of the good reviews and the fact it contains 5 forms of collagen but I will have to update once the bottle is finished. I can tell you right now tho that the taste and texture is perfect. I wouldnât hesitate to mention anything off or disappointing either.

My knees were getting so bad you could hear them crunch when going from crouching down to standing it was awful. I looked at glucosamine & chondroitin and found that a lot of people were having weight gain issues because of those supplements. That was an immediate NO for me.
