I started taking this supplement 5 months ago and didn’t notice much of a difference until 3 months into taking it. At that point I noticed a change in my digestion, going more frequently. At 4 months I noticed my hair had more girth to my pony tail and my nails were growing longer and stronger. At 5 months I’m noticing my clothes getting looser and my body getting tighter and that is with very little exercise, just my normal day to day movement. I will definitely continue to take this product!!
