Many times, when taking supplements, it can be difficult to know if it’s actually doing you any good. Well, I know for a fact this this Collagen works for me. I am older and used to get those dark blue spots on my arms especially it I would hit my arm on something. I started using this item over a couple of years ago and I do not get these spots anymore. So amazing and I use a tablespoon amount every morning mixed in with Metamucil drink. I told my friend who was having the same issues, and it also works for him. But you must take it faithfully every morning for the best outcome!
