Does what it can
I read many people talking about the size of the pill and the amount they had to take. Dudeâ¦if you are someone who vitamin supplements regularly, youâre fine. Itâs not that deep.I do believe itâs helped with nail growth and complexion/ face looking more even. My crows feet under my eyes have subsided minimally. If you are looking for a miracle, get Botox.

I really like these. I take about 3-4 a day. And it really helps because I’m always on the go. I choose to take them at bed time. Because they can work hours while I rest.

It’s a great product
This is a great product! I never would have believed the product could do this, but my nails are growing faster and look so much healthier. My hair looks thicker and great. My Skin looks fabulous. I only wish I would have started on this product years ago.

I bought to help my skin, scalp and nails. It says to take 6 per day, and I did. I took all 6 with a 20 oz bottle of water. Never experienced any stomach upset and no after taste. My nails are so strong now To trim them I invested in a good clipper. My facial skin stopped being so dry I don’t know if the Collagen helped this but I d have to think yes. I’m 64 yrs old and Collagen at my age is important I just started taking 3 per day vs the 6 cause of just how strong my nails became

Noticeable results after a month
Iâve tried a few collagen supplements before, but this is the first one that actually made a visible difference. After about a month, the deep cracks on my fingers are nearly goneâsomething no lotion ever fixed. My skin feels better overall, and Iâm starting to see subtle improvements in my nails too. Definitely sticking with this one.
