A great option for filling all too common nutrient deficiencies!
This multi-vitamin helps my wife fill any dietary voids. My wife and I both take several different Thorne products everyday.We trust Thorne. We know that they use the best quality ingredients and they do the research to back up each one of their formulations.The price point is a bit more than some other manufacturers, however, we do believe the quality is better. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for, especially with supplements.It is getting more and more difficult to ensure we are hitting all of our nutrient requirements on food alone. This product provides cheap insurance and peace of mind.

Beware of these they cause anxiety and depression
So originally I was referred to these by a trusted website prone on the topic men’s health. I myself took it upon and started taking them when I was turning 25 I am in the navy and was going on deployment I needed to make sure I was getting proper nutrition since the boat food offers none. Well a few months in I started getting really anxious all the time it was very strange, and then my mind started to race and by race I mean it was just bombarded with random thoughts some I was just like where are these coming from? I ignored all these. I kept going on with them but I started noticing something odd EVERYTIME I ran out and had to reorder there would be a few days where I didn’t have to take them because I was waiting on the next shipment. WELL I noticed I’d feel amazing and like my old self again and gone were the anxious feelings, the brain fog in the morning and the randsome depressive moments. And I just didn’t understand at the time because i was never familiar with the states of anxiety I knew of depression but anxiety was new my heart would race my breathing would kick up it was just weird!!! I read all about it and really thought it was ME but it only happened while I was taking these! The next year thru all of my 25 years of age I went through so many emotional states I just couldn’t figure out what was going on. And finally at the age of 26 in May of this year 2018 I found the source of all those “weird” feelings I would get I just thought it was strange as I went back through my journals I kept every month that I noticed the trend of diary dailies mentioning all my states of mind and my writing exposed the same things I wrote about earlier. I had tracked it all down without knowing it’s amazing what a dot journal can keep it offers astonishing insight and as a person that knows himself very well i just didn’t think these would be the cause of many of those issues THEN to top it all off I went thru each review this seller and another and here and there I found ppl reviewing and commenting that they felt “weird” some couldn’t quite point out what it was but I can! Because I was not only self aware but was tracking it all down. Now when I say that when I stopped taking these I felt wonderful would be an understatement! I felt alive when I stopped taking these multivitamins! I’m sure someone out there would explain what it is but I know that there is something in these vitamins that is not quite right and I find it extremely sinister that these get recommend to be paired with the vitamin B complex stress relief by the same brand almost as if there’s a solution to the way these make you feel. I would be very cautious of these and considered just taking what you actually need. I took these for nutritional purposes only no other reason. I cannot stress enough to be aware of these and monitor yourself while on these. I know I’m not alone as other people reported the same thing that “weird” feeling. Now I’ve never suffered from anxiety but now I know what it is. These definitely disrupt the bodies chemicals and make some unbalances that caused what they did to me. NOw I can’t speak for anyone but myself but do yourself a favor and read through these reviews and the other 3rd party seller and see what you find. Be aware and be careful.

BEWARE, negative reviews are correct, these pills are very high in Vitamin B which can cause a range of bad symptoms IF you are Vitamin B deficient, which these vitamins will definitely make you feel over stimulated / anxious if so, they can also cause gas and bloating if you have digestive issues. If you’re just starting on your journey of reclaiming your health you may want to look for a gentler vitamin.For example my experience so far has not been great, I’ve been on a path to regain control of my health, I jog, lift weights, push ups, squats, and try to get 10k steps daily, most people think I’m the picture of health but the reality is my sedentary lifestyle from my IT career has taken a toll on my body.So I started taking one pill a day, I didn’t do with knowledge of the high vitamin B content, I’m just on a budget wanted to stretch a bottle over 2 months. First time taking this pill, boom I felt wired and almost high, nervous I got to lay down on the floor with my knees up… I’m stubborn, I pushed through, and now am on day 6, today I only felt the onset rush for about 30 minutes, alright getting better maybe I’m adjusting. I feel awake, alert, with it, a bit jittery, but I’m going to see where this road goes, maybe I’m filling in a deficiency.
