My favorite straightener EVERRRR!!
Oh where to start!! I’ll just say I love this straightener. I have purchased so so so many in my life. And a lot were very expensive because I thought you get what you pay for In a sense. But let me tell you. I got this one on sale for $17 and it has been the best one ever! My hair feels great after each use. Looks shiny. Keeps my frizzy at bay. Of course always use a heat protection spray- but this is designed great. Has and easy on and off. Temp setting up to 450 and it shuts off after not being used. Doesn’t pull my hair when using. I really like the color of it. It’s just made with excellence. This will be my go to if I have to buy my daughter one. It has lasted me a very long time. Very pleased with it and highly recommended for anyone. I have stubborn hair and this does what I need it to.

Perfect price and results if you want straight hair
I never leave reviews but had to for this, I was shocked how well this worked given the inexpensive price. I did a lot of research after my favorite flat iron died on me after 3 years. I have always used HSI and Chi, and tried more expensive flat irons. Honestly, this little iron gave the same results, but way better and faster! I have extremely thick, naturally curly, long hair and this iron gets it sleek and straight in minutes. The iron is easy to hold and maneuver, and even though I bought the 1″ instead of 2″ it works perfectly. This is very lightweight so it is perfect for travel. My only complaint is the length of the cord which is a bit short, but I can live with it given how amazingly straight this iron makes my hair in such a short amount of time. SO happy with this purchase!!UPDATE MAY 2025: Ok, I love the results this iron gives, but the iron design itself is terrible! Initially I thought I could handle the cord being so short, but it’s impossible to use this unless you are literally standing next to an electrical outlet. It just keeps coming unplugged because the cord is too short. Remington, make this cord longer because it really ruins the whole experience and becomes very frustrating. I just got this a few weeks ago but now am already wishing I purchased a different one simply because of the short cord.

This straightener heats up extremely fast!!! (20-30 seconds) and it beeps when it is done heating up. Buttons on the side for power and temp control work great and are in a good spot. I don’t hit the buttons when I am using it which is a huge bonus. My hair doesn’t get snagged or pull. Glides along hair smoothly. It is very sleek looking. My hair is naturally wavy and has some curls and this straightener worked great to straighten them. I didn’t have to pass it over my hair multiple times. The cord swivels really easily making it super easy and efficient for use. There is also a small lock at the base of it to lock it closed when not using it. Hope this review helps.
