I am very pleased with the quality of this product. I truly enjoy being able to recreate a spa like experience in the comfort of my own home. This product was easy to assemble, the only issue was the âLâ shape screw wasnât long enough. However, I went to my local hardware store and was able to purchase a longer one to accommodate the machine. Other than that I am one happy individual and would highly recommend. As a matter of fact, I intend to purchase another one for my daughter for Xmas ð¤«ð¤«ð¤«

Don’t follow the instructions
I was hesitant to purchase after seeing other reviews that it stopped working soon after purchase. I encountered the same issue where it would turn off soon after steam began. I found that you can’t fill it to the max level, that is what triggers the sensors to turn it off. If you fill only halfway between low and max level it works just fine. That amount of water will provide a 15-minute steam session. Works as expected and I have had no further issues with it. I use it regularly and would recommend.

steam machine is very bad
This facial steamer is very bad. Set it to 15 but it only stops after 6 minutes. If you keep it on, it only works for 56 seconds and then turns off. I replaced it with another one and it’s the same. So I returned it.

I like the powers it pulls out in the steam. My clients love it, and can feel it..but I don’t like how the water holds in there, and you can’t clean the water reserve. Even when running longer. It shuts off. The water gets low. But not completely gone

It works great! I use it during facial treatments at my spa. Itâs great for professional use. Puts out a good amount of steam. I love that it does not make beeping noises when turning on or off. I also love that I can add water through the top and not have to take the water canister off to do it. It is also reasonably priced.
