Hair and Nail Improvements
I noticed too much scalp showing in my part and started taking these collagen pills. Two months later my part looked normal again. My nails seem to be harder, too. For over twenty years I wore acrylic nails because my natural nails were weak and chipped easily. Six months ago I went back to natural nails due to an allergic reaction to the acrylic, and my nails are now stronger. No pealing or chipping. I attribute it to the collagen supplements.

No taste which was nice. I didn’t notice any joint pain relief or hair growth, but my nails definitely grew faster and stronger. I only finished the one bottle and haven’t ordered again, but I’ve considered taking it again and trying it for a longer time to see if it does more.

I had taken 1st Phorms collagen powder before I got pregnant and my hair alone was beautiful. Their collagen had all 5 types, and not just types I & III with vitamin C filler like most other brands. Am I too old?
I’m in my 60s and I’ve been taking them at least well a year and a half or 2 years. I haven’t seen any difference whatsoever. Maybe I’m too old for it to work. If so it should have covered that on the bottle. So I don’t know what’s up.
