10/10 customer service!Our cat knocked the coffee pot off the counter and it broke only a month after having the machine. I reached out to purchase a replacement pot and the company sent me a whole new pot and machine free of charge! Definitely recommend. We also love the way this brews coffee. Messy Leaky Coffee Maker
I bought this cheap coffee maker recently to replace an old (so old it didn’t have a model # on it) Black+Decker Space Maker coffee maker that had been brewing my coffee for the past 34yrs. The basket design is obviously flawed as it leaves a standing coffee water mess to clean up after each use. The coffee that stays in the basket takes away from the 12 cup capacity in brewing. So to get the full 12 cup pot of coffee I have to add more water to the reservoir in the brewing process. It also leaks underneath the coffee maker so I put a ridged plastic plate underneath it to keep the leaking coffee off of my counter top.

I ordered the light blue color. I love this coffee machine as it is very well made. Beats out coffee machines more expensive than this one. The pot doesnât leak at all when pouring. Designed well. Makes great coffee.

The coffee maker itself is nice and simple and I like the color. I also like for a 12 cup it is not too huge. I am dissatisfied delivery of this pkge. It came in the original mfge box, unsealed and had a label slapped on it with my name and add info on it . It was also suppose to arrive overnight but I received it two days later with no explanation.
