Itâs a bit pricey but itâs worth it, it doesnât smell bad. No jitters for me the ingredients are good, if youâre into Bloom youâre going to like this one too. I havenât notice any big changes in my skin but I do take it every morning with my breakfast. It helps 100% with digestion; the mixing itâs easy just 10oz of water with 1 scoop mix and the taste is good.

Let’s be honest about greens…
Greens are not usually very nice on the smell or taste. I have gone through MANY brands of greens and most of them have a smell that makes me gag.One Sol greens is actually one of the best I’ve tried. The smell is not that strong seaweed smell you get from other brands, but instead is a very minimal natural green smell (which is appreciated because it smells like natural products). The taste is not very strong, but I will admit that I mix collagen and sometimes energy powders or pre-workout to my greens every day so I don’t get solely the green flavor. I will say it mixes very well and usually I taste 5% greens vs the rest of the powders I put in my water.All in all, I would highly recommend these greens to anyone looking to increase their daily greens intake and can give my approval on the flavor as well ð

Iâve been drinking this everyday for about a week now & so far I am OBSESSED.It definitely helps with my bloating. Iâve had terrible constipation because of the lack of veggies I have in my diet but this makes it super easy. Iâve noticed that itâs even doing wonders for my skin, Iâm starting to clear up & I couldnât be happier.As for the taste, itâs a lot tastier than most green juices but the only complaint I have that itâs really gritty. Mixing it is really hard

Not that great definitely over hyped by paid influencers
Didnât taste as good as they say. Got pretty hard and had to throw away half way Through. I traded it out for one sol brand and I am way happier with the result. Smells weird and didnât blend well at all unless I used hot water which made the texture weird. Not have much fiber and benefits as a thought when I looked at the ingredients.

I donât know why but taking this made me felt bloated and constipated even more. Now I donât go to the toilet frill after 4 days but it wasnât so be4 I donât know why although it taste great with cold water but made me worse.
