I have a fuzzy head!
I wasnât sure if it was working because I was forgetting to take them at first but one day I thought my hair was looking frizzyâ¦it was all the new growth popping up! And I didnât think it would work for my nails because theyâre destroyed from a gel allergy but theyâre strong and growing too. I now make sure to take them everyday and have noticed so much of a difference.

Don’t believe the hype.
I gave it five stars, so that someone might actually read this review. The first ingredient is sugar. It had such a higher rating that I figured it must do something, they didn’t do anything. They didn’t make my nails grow, and I have given it over 2 months, my nails remained brittle and my hair didn’t grow any more than it normally would. Really bummed.

Game changer for hair, nails and skin
I lost all my hair 2024 and it started coming back Jan 2025. I take three at night and I believe it is helping my hair regrowth. My nails get long every week and a half. And the best part is in the morning, my face looks fresh. For women who are doing fillers in their face, they might want to try this vitamin. I’ve been asked a few times at the gym by strangers, how old I am and if I’ve gotten work done! Then again, I’m in Arizona. They’re quite superficial here.

The gummies are very soft and flavourful. It’s very easy to chew and packs a strong strawberry taste and smell. Comes in a variety of flavors and has easy to read and follow instructions. Love it

I use this because I wanted to grow my hair out and it was something easy. And it works. Itâs really effective. I have baby hairs poking out all over the top of my head. The flavor is not too bad either. And I got it on sale so watch out for those.
