Not a strong smell
I was recommended this product by my therapist. She said magnesium is good for PPD or just relaxing. I will say that it doesnât get very sudsy like the other reviews have said, but I donât mind it. I do like that it doesnât have an overpowering smell to it. Itâs subtle enough where it doesnât bring on a migraine for me. I havenât noticed if itâs beneficial or not for depression wise, however, a hot bath alone is already peaceful enough. I would recommend this product.

I love this soak!!! I used it for the first time a couple days ago I used the recommended 2 cap fulls and it made my muscles and mind so relaxed I slept great that night! Im the usual one that don’t believe in products like this, but it wowed me! Try it!!! Its great!!!

Tiny bubbles…
When I ordered this, I was expecting something much like Epsom salt power but in a liquid form. Boy, was I (pleasantly) surprised when I poured it into the water and started seeing bubbles! While not as many suds as a typical bubble bath, it was pretty enjoyable bit of nostalgia as I hadn’t taken a bubble bath in years (most 40-year-old males don’t take–or won’t admit to taking–bubble baths). I also noticed that it seemed to have a touch of moisturizer, which typically I hate because it leaves me feeling greasy & dirty, however, it was mild enough that it didn’t leave me with that icky feeling. More importantly, I actually felt relaxed after soaking for about 10 minutes, which was an immense help as I’m dealing with a lot of stressful personal problems at the moment.One caveat I feel I should mention is that although the description says infused with lavender oil, I didn’t really notice any sort of lavender smell. It could be that seasonal allergies have my nose a little stuffed up and I just couldn’t smell it, but as I have a bit of a fondness for lavender it would have been nice if it would have been a little stronger.
