Powerful and easy to clean
Easy to use and clean. Heated up in 5 minutes and only takes tap water. It’s produces a powerful steam that is not too hot, which I appreciate. I had it running for 20 minutes and it used about 1/3 of the water. FANTASTIC.

Lots of steam
I LOVE that there’s a huge amount of steam that comes out vs my old one .. The reason why I gave 4 stars is because sometimes it’s overpowering when I’m massaging a scalp. I wish there was a way to lessen the steam. Also because the steam comes out so heavy, the water disappears a lot faster having me to fill up during a session.

Is not reliable.
I would not recommend this steamer. Despite using distilled water, which is essential to prevent corrosion and rusting, the steamer fails to recognize the water and does not operate. As an esthetician, I need a reliable device that can detect and function with the water I choose to use, and unfortunately, this product does not meet that requirement.

I bought this because I study it well, my toddler was sick and I was thinking of a way to give her the steam , and I saw this , purchased it and it wrk great just make sure it is high above your child so she/him can breathe in the steam. In no time she clears up during the night . You must have the light on to have full advantage of the steam. You can block the light with something if it is obvious for him/her. Wrks good for that reason as well .

Super easy set up. Safety auto shut-off feature if the water gets too low or if it senses an issue. Total steam time is around 20mins with a full reservoir. It works just as well as the larger one in my clinic.

I love this product. Works amazingly well for mist and moisture treatment. My facial skin has become so supple and hydrated. The extra extension of tube is a good thing.My problem is in the design for a couple of things.1 .. difficulty removing the water chamber when there is water remaining. The parts that are for heating and water level indicator doesn’t allow easy removal. The shaft that supports the bottom. Should be adjustable to accommodate for the water chamber removal and cleaning.This item is very well made and designed to be easily used. It needs a redesigned for the reason I mentioned
