Comfy, Practical, and Pretty with Sheer Stripes
I was looking for a cheap, long, black robe to wear for lounging/after the shower. This one is nearly perfect! It is very light while still being soft and comfortable. The stripe design is created with alternating 1/4″ covered and 1/8″ sheer/mesh weave/knit of the fabric. It looks great without being particularly revealing (at least in the black). Material is indeed 94% Viscose and 6% Spandex.There are two things I think it may be important to note (I was pleased with them, but it might matter to some):- First, the internal strap (to tie to help hold the robe closed) only allows for you to wrap it with the left flap under the right flap (left flap ties internally under your right arm/on your right flank). If you do not care about the robe staying closed or if you do not care which side overlays the other, this should not matter. Just wanted to add it for anyone who might care/specifically be looking for one that wraps with the left flap over the right (in which case, this is not it). Inclusion of the strap itself is great in my opinion as it allows the robe to actually stay closed even with movement (an issue I’ve had with other robes).- Second, the external belt is sewn onto the robe on the right side. It is in line with the robe side seams and close to the belt loop on that side so is not particularly noticeable aesthetically, but it does mean the robe cannot be worn without the belt nor can you easily adjust the tie location of the robe given the belt strap lengths are set. Similar to the internal strap, the attachment of the external strap to the robe seems to help it stay closed more than other robes with a free/loose belt.Overall, this robe is pretty while also being fairly practical in the inclusion of pockets as well as the extra security offered by the attached tie strap/belt. Sleeve wrist areas could be a little tighter with elastic to make it easier to cuff up for washing hands, cooking, etc., but it is manageable. This also may be good for people who have thicker arms/wrists for whatever reason to not have blood circulation cut off. At 5′ 9″, the XL fell to the middle of my shin for length.

Very soft material. Size down if you want more of a fitted one vs one that is loose. I’m keeping this but will also be getting a small.

Women’s long robe
I really wish I would have ordered a different color. I purchased the dark gray and it’s such a drab lifeless color. I should have gone for one of the brighter colors. The type of material combined with the charcoal gray makes this a lifeless robe. I haven’t washed it yet to know how it will do? It feels like a nylon material? The fit is okay, although it just sort of hangs there. Luckily, it has the belt to give it some shape. All in all, it’s just a so-so robe.

es ist ein Morgenmantel kein Bademantel also eher dünn. Der Stoff ist jedoch in einer wunderbaren sekten erlebten weichheit ohne an plastik zu erinnern und absolut angenehm. Auch die erste Wäsche brachte keinen Farbunterschied. Tolle länge, auch an den Armen. Ich vermute das Ding hält ewig, es ist auch gut genäht, für kräftige Damen oder Herren die nicht zu ihrer Figur stehen ist er jedoch nichts, denn durch den elastischen Anteil schmiegt er sich an den Körper und betont jeden Hügel.

nur leider sehr schmal geschnitten, so dass ich ihn retourniert habe. Aber das ist eine persönliche Entscheidung.Trotzdem kann ich eine Kaufempfehlung aussprechen ☺️
