I have started taking this product just recently, using it as a new morning boost, to replace my usual breakfast routine and I am really liking it! It’s fast to prepare, it tastes good, it contains good fibers all in one go, and keeps me with a feeling of full stomach till my lunch, which happens to be helpful for my current dieting purposes.I ordered the small single sized format, to taste it and test it. Finally a greens product that works!
My wife and I have been using Hona for a few weeks now, and weâre absolutely hooked! Iâve tried other greens products like AG1 and Better Greens for months without noticing any real changes. Decent tasting green powder blend
This food blend is pretty decent tasting while delivering quite a bit of fiber from various natural & healthy green ingredients. I’ve tried this for quite awhile and haven’t really noticed a benefit to my gut however, I’m fortunate where I generally don’t have gut issues so its a bit difficult for me to comment on the efficacy of this product. For sure, I am not experiencing any bad side effects from this so I’ll happily continue to finish this product as I do believe its a healthy product to consume.
