Great combination of ingredients, strong flavor
I take some health supplements in smoothie/shake/powder form and was curious to try this one. Gut health is important to me as that is the center of everything. This powder contains both probiotics and prebiotics, which also attracted me. Finally, it is made in the United States.The product is an green-ish powder that comes in a jar approximately 10 ounces in size. There is an estimated 30 servings in the jar. A scoop is included (but you may have to dig around for it). A serving size is 1 scoop for 8fl oz of water but I will often use more water. I also use a frother to mix it up, instead of a spoon.The taste is.. interesting. It’s definitely not the best thing I’ve tasted but it is not terrible. Mango and pineapple are included in the mix and you can definitely taste them (and they are precisely what makes the product pretty tolerable) but they are also not the “top notes” so to speak. This product contains licorice root, fennel seed and marshmallow root and those flavors are definitely “ahead of the line.” Again, it’s not terrible – just strong and a bit medicinal. Basically, it tastes like something you take because you have to, not because you want to.Overall, I feel good after taking this supplement. I like that I am going the extra mile to protect my gut health and strengthen my immune system via a huge mix of ingredients I otherwise would not consume on their own.I do recommend this supplement if you want to do more for your digestive health.

Delicious & effective
Iâve tried several products like this over the past few years and most of them taste terrible. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of this powder. Itâs actually the best tasting one (powdered greens drink) Iâve ever had. Having a good taste makes it so much easier to take on a regular basis. There is somewhat of an art to mixing the powder because it is so fine. I found that if you put the powder in first and then slowly add the water and stir it dissolves the best. If you try to put the powder on after the water is in it tends to float on the top and as you start, it can get everywhere. itâs not a knock on the product because theyâre all like that but it was worth mentioning. I did notice that after taking this regularly, I felt better. I had more energy and less stomach issues. Some of that comes because when you start drinking, the greens are less likely to want garbage food. This product gets five stars on the taste alone, but it also worked for me and making my tummy feel better.

I thought this would be orange, but it was a nice healthy green! The taste was ok and I was thankful for the pineapple in it. It worked and I would def use it again when needed.

Green on the Outside, Wellness on the Inside!
Being a mom to a clan of little monsters with tummies that act like trash compactors, I’m forever on the hunt for ways to make sure their bellies stay happy. Enter, Gut Protect Greens Superfood Powder! Following the mantra of not judging a book by its cover, I dived right into this green powder featured with a pineapple-mango twist. Odd combo, I know, but hey, it surprisingly worked.The taste throws a curveball of sweet, with muted notes of pineapple and mango. I wouldn’t mind a bolder punch of these tropical sensations. As nutrition-packed as it is, it’s also a party pooper when it comes to stirring. Those fine particles don’t dissolve quickly, causing an unexpected arm workout. However, adding it in my monster-mashed fruit mix smoothies, results much better.It’s a little heavy on the wallet, but the trade-off comes in the form of versatility, style â a 3-in-1 mixture of greens, prebiotics, and probiotics! Great Ingredients with Great Taste
This product is very fragrant with a strong and nice mango and pineapple flavor. It’s very easy to diluteeven with cold water and very pleasant to drink. However, its color is very dark green which is a bitsurprising, as I would expect it to look yellow or orange to match its mango and pineapple fragrance andflavor. Its color is so dark queen that it’s just a bit questionable. I hope it does not use any artificialcoloring. Looking at its ingredient list, I don’t see any artificial colors, so I suppose that it’s a natural color,but it stains my cup with a bit green as well. It has more carbohydrate(7g) than fiber(6g) per serving whichI hope the other way around instead. Regardless, it has lots of great ingredients and offers a fun way forme to stay healthy – you really can enjoy the drink itself even though it’s simply a supplement.UPDATE:My son tried it and really loves it. He said the dark green color might come from kales. He wants the bottle for his gut health.

Better than I was expecting from a greens drink!
I am relatively new to the concept of green drinks. I am such a visual eater/drinker that consuming a bright green beverage has been off-putting to me in the past. That being said, this drink is very easy to get down and doesn’t at all taste like vegetables to me, haha. I do taste the pineapple-mango, flavor, though it is subtle. I am able to drink it in water or in smoothie form, though I do prefer it in a smoothie, as it gives some extra flavor to the drink. As for the probiotics and prebiotics, I would say things came out in a regular, natural way without being excessively loose or urgent in their departure, if you know what I mean.Is it worth more than a dollar per serving? I can’t really say. It was better than I expected, but hasn’t meaningfully changed my life enough to justify purchasing it every month. It might be nice to keep on hand in case things get “backed up,” haha.
