Product is great – Amazon shipping sucks
First, the seller and product get 5 stars. Iâve bought several of these planners and always receive them quickly, and the planner is second to none. The only reason Iâm leaving this review is because itâs apparently impossible to leave feedback for Amazon shipping unless youâre doing a return (in my case, I have nothing to return), so maybe theyâll see this or the seller will relay the info. Despite there being a sign asking for all deliveries to be placed on my porch, the Amazon delivery driver was too lazy to walk 15â to my porch so instead just threw the package in the middle of my driveway. My dog has full access to my driveway and within 5 minutes of the package being delivered (while I was at work), she decided to make it her midday snack. The seller and maker of this product get 5 stars. Amazon delivery gets zero stars and owes me a new planner!

Best planner for my ADHD & Autism.
I have tried ALL the planners (yes, all of them!) from the Fox to Panda, to Franklin Covey, Bullet, and more. Iâm not going to get into why I ditched those. This planner has 2 pages per day, and 4 pages of reflection/week ahead planning. I have room for notes, to doâs, my goals for the week, what could be improved, and room to plan for things that need to be done 3+ months out (this is a three month planner) .This planner helps me with my ADHD, as I set aside time each morning to reflect on what worked the previous day, what I need to do today, without having to draw boxes on each page and decorate for the month, and doing lots of labor and brainpower intensive layouts myself. That got old and very frustrating. This planner lays flat, comes with 2 integrated ribbons for bookmarks, integrated habit tracker, and a great weekly planner with plenty of room to write.Summary: after using this for nearly a month, Iâm completely in love with this planner. I love that there are 2 pages per day, pages at the end of the week for reflection, and 2 pages to plan ahead. Daily, there are personal goals, habit-tracker, time scheduling, and nearly a whole page for notes.Iâm a Realtor, with ADHD & Autism, and this is the best planner Iâve found for keeping me sane and on track, while allowing me to see/create time for me.

Starting 2024 strong with the Full Focus Journal
2023 hasnât been kind to me. One of the reasons is that I was not prepared and for the first time in years thought I would get by without a paper planner. I was so wrong! My life got somewhat out of control because I spread myself so thin that I was burned out by December and highly unmotivated. After a lot of thinking and rest in December 2023, I researched a planner that would fit my needs: stay focused on important things, optimizing my time management and most importantly have control of my time back. All of this while achieving my longer term goals. This is how I found the Full Focus Journal after days of searching for the planner that would change my life. One of my big problems in 2023 was giving my time and energy to everyone except myself. This journal helped me understand how important it is to rest not as a reward but as part of my time and do rejuvenating activities.I am into my third week of January and I already feel much better prepared and focused than last year! I am so happy I picked this planner over the dozens others I almost bought.

Good, but arrived damage
I am not one to post in reviews that a product arrived damaged, however, I thought I would with a picture since I noticed several other reviews indicating damage, including the replacements. I am glad I saw there reviews because I will just use it as is rather than wait and find a replacement damaged. Next time I will order directly from the manufacturer.

Oh I like
First time I purchased it came with dents and the cover was dirty like a sort of glue smudged all over it. The second one I bought came with a minor dent on the corner but kept it because I was eager to try this planner. Itâs been day 3 and honestly it REALLY does help you focus. Focus on your life, focus on yourself. I find myself reflecting on what I am doing throughout my day to take notes to jot in my planner. The goals at the beginning and the big three for everyday really make huge goals come to the forefront of my day. I highly recommend this. It may be a stretch to say this but honestly itâs changing my life patterns. Exactly what I was looking for and needed!

Nicely made, Too Expensive
I won’t call it a scam, but it’s simply not cost-effective because it only allows three months’ worth of journaling. Each day doesn’t really need two pages in my opinion. I like some of the trackers and weekly preview, but $40 is too much for something you’d need to buy 4 times a year.

new favorite planner!
I have been an avid user of journals/planners for decades, this one is by FAR my favorite, I knew as soon as I saw it that I would love it, and Im on my second one now. Yes, its expensive, but for me this is a nice luxury spend that feels like a worthwhile investment in myself. (And it lasts 3 months, I spent $50 at a stadium on a pizza and 2 margaritas and that only lasted 2 hrs.) The format is clean and logical, and just the right balance between detailed enough without being overkill. I love that it helps me focus on 10 ‘goals’ at a time, and that I can start at any date I want (although the older version had 12 goals I noticed). I love that the lines are small and efficient. I was surprised to find this version is easier to write in than the spiral version. I like taking the time to really be intentional with what I want and how Im going to get from A to B. The weekly preview is great for preparing mentally for the week ahead on Sunday, and the daily pages have a notes section AND are great for maximizing your lists and leftover minutes here and there. But beyond productivity, this journal for me is about alignment, about being intentional and correcting those little ways I get mindlessly off track. Can’t say I would change anything about this planner. 5 stars!

I loved the ifocus journal which seems to have run out of stock. This was the closest alternative I could find that encourages you to keep your to-do list in check. Each day you are asked to prioritise just three things. There are two bookmarks but three areas your really want to keep tabs on what’s happening for the week, the day and your bigger goals at the start. Each week you’re asked to go back over how you’re tracking towards reaching goals. I found I wanted more planning space than reflection. It just made me feel bad when I didn’t get everything done! So then I didn’t want to map the next week..A couple of months in I’m back to scribbling on a jotter next to me.

This is the worst … 100$ for 3 months… Do not buy they are 3 months only….
