Excellent machine!
I am so happy with this machine! I’ll admit that I had some reservations because of the price point. It just seemed to have too many features for the price, which can often mean a sacrifice of quality. But that is not the case. I’ve owned and managed cafés, so I’m not going into this with no knowledge or experience. The last machine I used on a regular basis was a $20,000 Faema. Now, I’m not saying that this is exactly comparable to a commercial grade machine, but it comes darn close. The last small, portable, single station machine I had was a La Cimbali, that went for about $3500. I would say that this unit come very close to that machine. The set up was incredibly simple. After washing the removable parts, I dried everything off, filled the bean hopper with Lavazza Super Crema, set the grind to 10 and started the grinder. I ground a couple of seconds worth more coffee than the stock preset. I gave it a good tamping, loaded it up and hit the double shot button. The espresso came out with an excellent crema. The only aspect that was lacking (compared to units that run in the thousands of dollars) is the steaming wand, but it is by no means bad. It’s true that it doesn’t quite have the pressure that very high end units have, but with a little finessing you can get a nice froth. The included picture is from just my second attempt with this machine. You can see that the froth is just a little lacking here. But you just have to take a little more time with it than you might with a commercial unit. The break down and cleaning afterwards was a breeze. It comes with a few tools for cleaning, but I would recommend picking up a solid back-flush basket for the portafilter for cleaning. In short, I absolutely love this machine. I am honestly amazed at the quality at this price. Highly recommended.

A definite keeper!
I had been wanting to switch from a Keurig to an espresso machine for a while but felt intimidated. I wasnât sure I wanted to invest in something without knowing if I could actually make decent coffee with it. I read lots of reviews and finally purchased this machine.Oh my goodness, I love this thing! It was packaged very well. The setup was simple. It is easy to use, the instructions are easy to follow. I have been binge watching all the espresso, latte, cappuccino videos on YouTube and TikTok and feel so accomplished! Iâve even mastered some simple latte art. If youâre on the fence about getting an espresso machineâ¦.do it!

Feel like a barista
I had a smaller espresso machine, plus a frother, plus a grinder taking a lot of space in my kitchen and looking messy. So i decided to get an all in one machine and after doing research i decided to go with this one.I love it! Is big but it has everything you need and it looks classy and elegant. The grinder has a dial to get coffee the size you want ot to be. The frother is very easy to use (read the manual) and if you are a pro it lets you configure the temperature of the water, the amount of water and the amount of coffee to grind. The tamper is heavy and it feels like you are a professional barista (even if you have no idea what you are doing :p)

OK
Nice machine, makes expresso, froths milk, but one reason I chose this one is because it said, Bar 20, though it doesn’t seem to get that much pressure, running around 12-16.

BROKEN/NON-FUNCTIONING PRODUCT
Do not buy this horrible product. Had it for a month and missed my delivery window by a couple days and Amazon wonât fix it. The number associated with technical support for this coffee maker has not been helpful. Please listen to me and save yourself the headache Iâm going through. This is the worst purchase I have ever made.

Exceeded Expectations
After four years of using a state espresso machine that I purchased from Target, I felt it was time for an upgrade. While exploring my options, I stumbled upon a new machine that caught my eye. Initially, I was hesitant to invest in it due to the fact that it wasn’t from a well-known brand like Breville, which I typically associate with quality and reliability. However, I decided to take a leap of faith and give it a try. To my surprise, it has far exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and functionality. The rich flavor and perfect crema it produces are remarkable, and overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision!

WAS Better Than Breville for Half the Price!
UPDATE: FROM 5 STARS TO 2 STARS. After 1 month the grinder is failing and not grinding properly. You could buy a separate grinder but the machine still wonât brew the espresso at the correct temperature. Save yourself the cost.I canât recommend this espresso machine enough! As someone who used to work at Starbucks and then spent years going there every day (yes, 365 days a year), this machine has completely transformed my coffee routine and saved me a ton of money. I was skeptical at first because Iâve always been loyal to higher-end brands like Breville, but this machine works just as wellâif not betterâand costs half as much.Itâs super easy to use and navigate, but I highly recommend reading the instructions and following the guide to get that perfect shot. Once you dial it in, the results are consistently smooth and flavorful. It also comes with everything you need to get started, except for the two espresso glasses shown in the pictures, so keep that in mind.If youâre looking to bring high-quality coffee into your home without breaking the bank, this is absolutely the machine to get!

Fantastic Expresso maker
I really am in love with this machine. It’s really very easy to operate and once your grind setting at the right amount, (it takes a few cups to get the right setting) then you have a good cup of Expresso. The milk frothing is so simple and it does such a great job. If you’re looking to buy one of these, then trust me it’s a good buy. I was looking at the Ninja Expresso maker as well, but it had way to many bad reviews, and at $549 it’s just not feasible to buy a piece of crap for that amount. This machine is about $250 cheaper and it outshines that Ninja machine by a large margin. So if you’re thinking about getting one of these, then getting this Expresso maker is a no brainer.
