I’m the type of person who will go through every single listing of an item and then compare reviews at the negatives to make my final decision.After reviewing every single listing of a robe on Amazon, I found this gem. I happen to get a great deal on my first purchase of this item because it was the holidays. I bought it as a gift and checked it out before I wrapped it up and it was absolutely everything I needed.It was just the right amount of thickness where it’s not too hot but not too thin. The purple color was not see-through. I have medium skin. I usually wear a large in ladies and wanted a little extra room but took into account that a lot of the reviews said it was a little bit big. It turned out to be just perfect. I don’t recommend sizing up.The one thing about it though is that the sleeves get quite long and go to my wrist because I’m a petite person who just happens to wear a large. And if you have sensory issues this could be the problem. I rolled the sleeves up but they did not stay so something to take into account.I myself am 5’1 and 160 lb. Most of my weight is in my thighs and chest. I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror with it on and I might say I looked pretty darn good! Lol. Meaning if you have a significant other they will absolutely approve. You just see your beautiful silhouette underneath by shape.I love that it has the internal ties which were a little confusing at first. But you use the internal ties so that way your chest stays covered and then you use the robe tie to secure it over that. I loved that part of it!It is a good material. Soft on the skin and light. Not itchy and does not trigger my sensory issues.This is my second purchase of the same item and I think it’s a great choice for yourself and for a gift. I bought one for my elder friend in her ’80s and one for myself as a 40-year-old. I would love to try the pink next! I recommend.

Nicely made – cute pattern
This robe clinched me by the cute star pattern and the soft cloud grey color. It is very nicely made – seams nice and tight with overall attention to detail. The one thing I’m not in love with is the fabric. That is my personal preference. I prefer to wear natural fiber and hoped this was like a thick t-shirt knit but it’s a slickery feel that to me feels overly hot when it’s warmer outside.

I love this robe. I was looking for one that didnât make me feel like a grandma (no offense to grandmas) and this was the right choice. The detail of the white fringe gives it character and makes it not so bland. The fabric is super soft, lightweight, and doesnât make me hot. The length is just right and the color is beautiful.
