Epsom salt
I love Epsom salt. Thereâs nothing like drying a hot bath putting in lavender Epson salt swish it around in the water and just laying in the tub for about 10 to 20 minutes. It helps your joints. It helps your feet if your feet are hurting your legs it just revives your body for the next day I highly Suggest this.

The batch I got has a very strong chemical odor. I’ve bought these before and had no issues. Must have gotten a bad batch. Good product overall though

This is the only bubble bath you need
I use the Epsom salts after I work out which is rare but it does help sooth some pain in my muscles but this bubble bath is legit. Itâs inexpensive and I take a lot of baths and I love to feel fancy. Few candles and some of this and Iâm on cloud nine. Because I take so many, I use a lot of bubble bath and this is the best bang for your buck. And itâs every where so easily available.
