Tasteless and mixes well with food/beverages ….
(I bought this product to speed my recovery from a minor injury to my sciatic nerve — lifted a sofa with a novice and won’t do that again, lol. Too early to tell whether this product is effective — just started using it. Perhaps I’ll revisit this review in a week or two.)At any rate, I can tell you that it mixes quickly with beverages and tastes — or rather, DOESN’T taste — exactly as the seller describes. I mixed one level scoop with about 12 oz (400 ml) of hot coffee with milk; and it vanished — couldn’t taste it, and there was no granular “mouth feel.”So, it seems so far like a high-quality supplement, of even consistency, quick to dissolve, and without effect on the taste of food and drink with which you mix it.

This is my favorite collagen! I love the texture of it and the MCT clears my brain fog. I take it daily in a protein shake or coffee. My hair is fuller,my skin looks good and my nails are stronger. Try it, you wonât be disappointed!!

Overall I like it. I mix a scoop with my morning latte. I find that it makes the coffee slightly thicker/richer, which is a good thing.You can also mix this with juice, but I prefer to avoid the extra sugar calories from juice.Regardless if is mixed with Coffee or juice I find it to be mostly tasteless/ unnoticeable addition.I have not noticed an improvement in the ridges on my nails yet, but I think it helps my skin overall.I will buy this product again.

I wanted to love……
I wanted to love this collagen because I love everything from DFH!!! It’s the only product line I purchase supplements and vitamins from. However, this collagen, because of the MCT powder, not only irregulated my bowels but it also raised my triglycerides! I am currently using the DFH Whole Beauty collagen instead. MCT is a no go!!
