Plain and simple
I love that it doesnât have artificial sweetener (migraines!) and tastes like nothing, I drink it with water. Simple and easy. If you want flavored stuff, look elsewhere.

Teenage son is happy
I’m giving it 5 stars because my teenage son has been using it for 6 months, which is a record considering we went through several different protein powders before this one. Of course, he adds bananas, peanut butter, vanilla yogurt, and probably other stuff, but he still starts with the powder. I don’t think he adds stuff to make it taste better, but rather to “bulk up” as the kids say. At the rate he’s going, he may be using it for the next several years.

Gourmet Chocolate: Blends ok. I have better results if I shake it and then let it sit in the fridge or on counter for a while. That also improves the flavor because otherwise it has a strange after taste that actually gives me a headache/makes me a bit nauseated. No idea why that is.The protein response is definitely legit, though, so I just push through (and try to make it a habit to shake in advance!).The chocolate bag I have is has one of those hook and loop style closurea which is a bit strange and some product is stuck between the hooks and loops but does allow me to seal the bag.French Vanilla: Blends well. Flavor is pretty minimal. For money, as long as I feel like I’m actually ingesting protein, I’ll say it’s a win – I will update if it seems the vanilla is not as effective as the chocolate. UPDATE: definitely a solid recovery product so I will keep rolling with it. However, it is VERY FROTHY when you shake it so I add a bit of high quality lemon or orange flavored fish oil (since I need the omegas anyway) and that fixes both the froth issues and the lack of flavor issue.The “zipper” part of the French Vanilla bag is a traditional plastic bag seal and it separated (or was already separated) when I first opened the bag. Living in FL humidity, this is less than ideal. I will likely transfer it to a container once my son finishes his current protein powder that is a different brand.

I love this protein powder. It tastes great and mixes really well. Great for digestion. The only complaint I have is that it got too expensive. It used to be around $30, but now it went up to $41. Please bring it down and I will continue to buy it

Do not waste your money.
This powder has NO flavor. I tried making it with milk instead of water. I also tried 6 ounces of liquid instead of eight. The only way to make this powder taste like strawberry is to blend it with real strawberries. Very disappointed in this purchase.

The price was right, but not a fan
I bought Designer Whey because I was looking for a protein powder that was a little more affordable than what I have been buying, but unfortunately this product is not going to be the one. I like to blend fruit/vegys into my shakes, but this product foams up terribly when blended to the point it was hard to drink. I also was not impressed with the taste, although it wasn’t terrible. I did give it 3 stars because the price was right. Quest also foams, but not as badly and tastes better. I guess for now I will stick with Wonderslim which tastes great and doesn’t foam at all, but has less protein and is more expensive. If someone has a better alternative that they love and that doesn’t foam, I would love to hear about it!

WOW,,,,thatâs about all I can say
I bought this product because I am dealing with major after workout fatigue. To a point that it will last a day or two. Last week it was three days. I bought this to drink after my workout to help with that issue. I donât have a blender, so I just mixed this with a spoon and then I hand whisked for 20 seconds. First, everything devolvedâ¦.no lumps, NO GRITâ¦.amazing. First power I have ever bought with no gritty taste. I mixed it with milk for a bit more calories. Tasteâ¦.well I bought the vanilla and I love it. Not sweet at all. I donât like sweet drinks and this tastes like a mildly sweet milk. Love it. I will update in a few weeks and let you if this is helping with the post workout fatigue. So far, Iâm impressed.Second dayâ¦.today day I did cardioâ¦.pretty intense workout. Afterwards, I was beat. I cut up a small banana, a few strawberries, mixed the powder with milk and poured it over the bananas and strawberries. Delicious and gave me tons of energy. Over all about a 300-400 cal after workout meal with about 30 protein, carbs n some fat from the milk for recovery. Iâm loving it.
