I did see a lot of negative comments on this device – broken parts, missing parts.. however I decided to go with the purchase anyway as regular steaming at a saloon would be way too expensive. I even went a step further as I’m not from the US, so I had to buy an electricity converter device to adapt to US standards for voltage etc…First of all, the package arrived in impeccable shape – I’m delighted to share that the 60$ shipping was worth it- obviously the package has been transported in a careful manner. All of the small details were there – even a bag of tiny cloths for essential oils. The instruction to assemble is quite clear and simple. So .. with a lot of unrealistic fear, I powered on the current converter, plugged the hair steamer in, and was genuinely relieved it didn’t all blow up.. The steamer works great! It quickly starts to boil, and soon after steam starts showing. Indeed, you need to figure out how to sit under the device and play with random furniture for a while. I returned a lot of shine to my hair after just one use and I have to say I’m surprised these types of devices aren’t way more popular. 100% recommend! It also shipped really fast, considering I ordered it right before the Christmas holidays.

Stopped working after 5th use 🙁
I purchased this facial steamer, and after only five uses, it stopped working. Despite following the instructions carefully, it wouldnât turn on after the fifth use. Whatâs even more frustrating is that thereâs no support information available to reach out for assistance. While it worked well initially, the short lifespan and lack of customer service make it hard to recommend.

No way to dry
This works excellently! Steams and conditions the hair. The only problem is that there is no way to dry the tank. I took a photo of the tank 24 hours after use and the water droplets are still inside. I held it upside down and shook it to get the water to come out. I left it drying upside down and it is still wet inside. I cannot put a paper towel to dry the inside because one hole is too small and the other has brackets. This steamer design needs to be optimized.
