Great product and customer service
Initially the steamer I got was defective. The unit overheated making it too hot to touch/ turn off. I contacted the seller who responded right away and immediately sent me a replacement unit, no questions asked. The replacement arrived three days later and works like MAGIC. Super simple to use. Comes with instructions as well as what NOT to do with the steamer. The steam lasts more than 10 minutes. Unit lets out a lot of steam! The accessories that come with the unit are great as well for the price. The unit is very easy to clean. Your skin will be glowing and fabulous after you use this product. I definitely recommend buying this product.

I absolutely love the Colorfarm Facial Steamer! Itâs super easy to clean, has a generous water capacity, and delivers a consistent, high-quality steam without being too hot or causing burns. The heat level is perfectâwarm and soothingâand it creates a deep, hydrating mist that leaves my skin feeling fresh and decongested. A little more clarity in the booklet would be helpful
This is a review after only one use (Rose Gold option) As long as the unit continues to work, it’ll be fine for my purposes. Be aware that while Amazon’s photo reflects what’s in the box, the instruction booklet will include things your box probably will not contain –a hair band, glasses for protecting lash extensions, a dust cover for the unit. (though It comes wrapped in a bag that can be reused to protect the unit from dust). My concerns are that instructions for filling the water tank aren’t clear. To fill, you upend and pour water into the bottom–what’s not explained or shown in a diagram is that you’ll need to press the stem while filling. And, it comes with four tools, only one of which is explained. Since these are metal tools meant for use on the face, it would make sense to define them and explain how they should be used. The unit performed as expected. Any “new plastic” smell was minimal and dissipated quickly. The steam is gentle and feels good. As long as you don’t need the extras– or, if you do, are already familiar with the tools–this is a nice steamer. Remember to press that stem when filling…

This is really easy to set up and clean. Works well, gives a good amount of steam. This is a nice compact size as well and can travel easily if you’d like.
