Lovely brand, great value
I like how it is cruelty free. It’s a light weight foam cleanser for face, I also use for delicate areas. Easy to pump. The serum is nice as well, not sure if it’s effective but feels lightweight and goes on smooth. Definitely pair with a moisturizer as instructed.

Received opened used bottle. Returning it. Haven’t used.
I am disappointed twice. The first time I ordered it, the serum was opened and half used. So I returned it and ordered again. This time I got a whole different serum. (Yellow color) and that is opened and half used too.Is this how it’s supposed to be? I’m going to try it again one last time before I give up .The first image is the replacement I ordered. And the second image is the first time I ordered.

Love the serum but the cleanser not so much
The serum smells lovely and is amazing for sensitive skin but the cleanser on the other hand smells awful and doesnt foam how a cleanser is supposed to but other than that theres only 1 other thing ive noticed ever since i have been using the cleanser i have noticed pimples but idk if its just me or everyone lol.
