A little spendy, but such quality out of this company.
This makes great coffee, weight is comfortable. Cleaning easy, my hands are small. Design, looks good on my counter. Easy pour. Capacity is 10 6oz cups. Love it. During my working days we used Bunn. They are well made, and that extra water tank is always hot and ready to brew another cup or pot. HIGHLY recommended.

Great brewer!
This is the best coffee maker I’ve ever owned! Because of its design it is ready to brew on demand. And takes about 4 minutes! I warm the pot first (thermal carafe) and fill the water level with a separate vessel. We brew varying amounts, at different times a day and it’s always ready. If you, like myself…have been disappointed with your current brew system, definitely invest in this. You’ll soon stop your “drive-thru” habit ☕️

Great coffee maker minus a couple of small issues
Great coffee maker with only a couple of small issues. I wish it had a 12 cup carafe and if it would keep the coffee hotter longer. We had another coffee maker and it was junk, it rusted on the bottom, spilled coffee while pouring and was a true POS. This one is MUCH better.It is fast making coffee, and you do need to run it every couple of days. it has a reservoir that continually heats water. It tells you to turn it off if it will be a few days without use.If it kept the coffee hotter, longer, it would be a really good unit.

Damaged upon delivery
This doesn’t appear to have been damaged during delivery as it was well packaged and the boxes were not damaged. This could have been a returned item or damaged during production. I will adjust rating when the issues are solved.This is our 2nd Bunn Speed Brew. Our older Bunn which was the BT style, lasted 8 years which is pretty good for a coffee maker.It always made great coffee very quickly and the coffee stayed hot for hours due to the insulated thermal carafe.I did notice that this newer stye speed brew seems to be made with MUCH cheaper materials than our old one which is probably the reason for the following issues.We received this 3 days ago and noticed that the coffee is much weaker than with our other Bunn also it is has some damage on the top part of the maker. There’s a large divot area where it is sunk in on top and this affects the filter holder from easily sliding in an out. It gets stuck about midway in and takes a bit of force to get it to push all the way in. It is difficult to see in a picture, so I poured water where it is concaved to show how it holds a puddle of water. The damage also affects the carafe from sitting evenly in its holder. It wobbles no matter what position its sitting in. *See Video*We have made 3 pots of coffee so far and the damage does not affect the fast speed of the brew but who knows if the water lines underneath have been compromised and may not last as long as they should. Plus, the carafe that wobbles in its holder seems dangerous.Also, I noticed the new carafe weighs about 5 ounces less than the old one so I wonder if the coffee will stay as hot for as long as the old one did which was made with higher quality materials.The old carafe did have a design flaw in its pour spout that always dripped coffee while being poured.I am glad to see they have fixed the flaw on this new one.I will be reaching out to Amazon for these issues as it seems impossible to get in touch with anyone at the Bunn site.

This was suppose to be a xmas gift for my husband…. The one time Amazon didn’t place this box inside an Amazon Box, so surprise “Merry Christmas” (husband received delivery) you get a new coffee machine to replace that old dripping Cuisinart we had since the ice age…Regardless – He and I love this brewer! Its clean, slick, simple, straightforward and it brews hot, cafe quality coffee quickly!We use a great local roaster’s coffee and we are living the cafe life every morning…. Fancy coffee machines look great on the counter/ make great status symbols but if just desire simple use and great coffee as more your style….don’t hesitate, so far its the best brewer we’ve ever had.

If you love precision, this machine is not for you. A few things you should know:1. There’s no measuring lines in the carafe to measure how much liquid is in it. It’s a steel carafe, so that makes total sense. When filling the water reservoir with the carafe, I usually have to either add a bit more water or dump out extra water to get to the desired fill line. Lots of trips to the sink. After a few weeks of using it daily, I got a feel for how much brewed coffee is left in the pot by weight.2. The machine is constantly on. To brew coffee, I fill the water reservoir and close the water reservoir lid. Once the lid closes, it brews, and there’s no stopping the brews until its done. It happens fast too! Within 3 seconds the coffee is pouring. God gorbid I accidently close the lid before the carafe is underneath it.3. Since the machine is constantly on, the water in the tank is being heated and its evaporating. During weekdays I add the same amount of water with the carafe (I can’t be precise though, so I eyeball it and go by the weight feeling) to the 8-cup mark. But on one occasion I left for the weekend, forgetting to shut this machine off, and on Monday it took double the water to make up for the evaporated water. Lesson learned: Always turn it off before heading out for more than a couple days.Other than that, it’s so quick to brew and quiet. I love it, but I can see how some precision lovers wouldn’t like it at all.

It has worked perfect and brewed a pot of coffee in a couple of minutes. We love it!!
