D3 is important for good health. I live in Florida year round and yet I was still deficient. I started taking these and brought my score up substantially. I like it that the D3 has 5000 IUs and also contains K2 which helps to transport the D to teeth and bones rather than stay in arteries and soft tissue. I prefer the 5000 IUs to 10,000 as Vit D is not water soluable and can build up in your system and can transfer into your blood. Help me to increase my vitamin D
This help me to increase my vitamin D. Always in my blood test was less the 30 but known i have 50 in my blood test. I take 1 everyday and i have more the 1 year doing in it.

I have tried several different brands abd doses over a few years. I was taking 10,000 IU per day of another brand made from Lanolin (many are) over a long period of time and I still had low vitamin D. Within 2 weeks of taking these 5,000 IU daily my vitamin D went up to a normal level! I love that Vitamin K is combined as it is essential to supplement with Vit K when taking Vit D. Warning, this dose is too high for most people to take daily (I have a leaky gut), so only take as often as your Dr recommends or take a lower dose.
