My teen football player swears by this stuff! Heâs always had issues with muscle soreness and tightness due to training twice a day. Since using this he has had zero issues. Itâs pricey yes but omg such a good investment to aid in his recovery and help keep him in peak condition!

I ordered this product because I stand on my feet for hours at work and my body throbs when I get home. I needed something to soak in because I was becoming reliant on pain meds. Between this stuff, ice soaks for my feet, stretching, and this ginger rub I use Iâve been able to stop the pain meds and feel somewhat normal again. I would recommend it even if just for smell and moisturizing properties. I even use it in the ice soak for feet. Itâs a small bag but a little goes a long way. I combine this Mr Teals bath foam.

Excellent product to reduce muscle soreness and stiffness. Could not live without it at this point. No wonder the NHL use so much of it- it works!! And the best part- all natural ingredients !!!

I buy these because I believe in the therapeutic benefits of minerals. However dosage recommends at least a full bag per bath. That is a lot of money for 1 soak. In my opinion.
