Great to add to your overall health!
The taste alone makes me want to barf lol. However if you put it in a smoothie you don’t taste it at all. Overall this stuff gives your body what it needs that you may be missing. I recommend it!

Great addition for smoothies
I purchased Ancient Nutrition SuperGreens Powder for my mom after she heard about it from Dr. Axe on TV. My uncle also recommended the product. I loved the pure, healthy ingredients. My mom does not eat vegetables or fruit often so I was hoping this could give her a boost. Well, I ended up using it for myself in my morning smoothies! Personally, we think the taste is awful if just mixed in water. But if mixed in some vanilla almond milk or a smoothie, it is more palatable. I find it does give me a slight energy boost. Will continue to take.

Tried them all, this is the winner hands down.
I have tried 5 other “super greens” including the most expensive brand with the billion dollar marketing campaign. This product out does them all. Also there are no sweeteners in it which is important to me. The “Mint” flavor is very nice and strikes a balance of taste without extra stuff like Stevia. While the product is more expensive than a few others if offers the best balance of price and performance. My digestive track show noticeable improvement. It is now my go to for daily nutritional improvement.

Contains caffeine
Read the ingredients carefully. This product contains Matcha. That means it has caffeine in it. If youâre caffeine sensitive like I am, donât take it at night! Wish I had read closer before I started taking it. Better yet, it could have been clearly labeled as containing caffeine! Otherwise, Iâm happy with the results so far.

How to Get through the taste
I mix mine with abt 8oz of ocean spray orange mango and shoot it. The ancient nutrition plus vitamins has a great positive effect on my life. Enhances mood and energy without jitters like caffeine. If you try it with water, good luck. It taste like if you licked seaweed that was soaked in pond water….maybe that is why it works so good. Don’t be a sissy, just buck up and chug it. If you stick with it, you will see a difference. I only noticed when I quit taking it. I was lethargic, bloated, and less mentally clear. I only can vouch for the ones with vitamins.

Avoid Watermelon
I really love the berry flavor, but decided to try watermelon. Sadly, it is really gross. Iâm not sure what it tastes like, but I couldnât get through half a glass. Because I opened it, could not return. Expensive mistake.
