Wow Iâm amazed! Iâve been taking these collagen pills for only 2 months and wow! My nails are so thick and healthy and havenât chipped or broken in months. Which is crazy. I used to have thin nails so happy theyâre stronger! & my hair is finally growing and also getting thicker!!! Iâve had such a hard time finding a collagen product that didnât make me stink! Usually when I used other brands it would cause me to have a weird odor. So I stopped using for a long time. However, I have this brand of collagen protein powder and I love it, so I decided to give these capsules a try. So far so good! They also give me a sense of calm. Iâm thinking itâs from the Ashwagandha. I also have Ibs and these are easy on my stomach.
