I throw a little of this and some mineralized salt into my daily drinking water. Tastes great, keeps me going. My teen son (who once refused to drink water) now loves H20 using this product.He puts 1/2 a scoop in 8oz of water, so a bag lasts him awhile. Well worth the price point to get him off sugary junk drinks.I recently had a case of food poisoning, and this powder helped immensely.This is now a product we order monthly and rely on, great stuff.October 2024 update: We really love this stuff in our house. When I make my morning coffee, I always make a large glass of this as well. I don’t add much powder because it’s a little sweet for my taste. Celtic salt offsets the sweetness & makes this a really nice A.M. hydration drink. Great for hangovers as well.

Donât drink if you have high blood pressure.
This drink is really great tasting but I found out my blood pressure went up a bit because of sodium content. Otherwise itâs a wonderful liquid IVâ¦

Iâm super picky with taste, and TRUWILD Hydrate is hands down the best Iâve tried. Itâs sugar free, mixes so easily, and actually tastes good. I use it daily to stay hydrated â especially after hot Pilates/Yoga or long walks!

Clean formula but VERY expensive!
The best thing about this product is how clean it is. It’s a great natural, vegan option. The company doesn’t disclose much about the source of it’s ingredients (the BCAAs, for example) so you don’t know exactly what you’re getting. The taste is okay, not very good. It mixes well in water. The worst thing about it is how expensive it is. The entire bag only makes 2 gallons! You might buy this once every few years for a big race or something, but there’s no way it’s affordable for year-round use. Check out some other comparable clean, vegan options and you’ll find they’re much cheaper and offer more value (higher levels of electrolytes, more BCAAs, better taste, etc.).
